Superfood Powder, also referred to as Super Greens Powder, is a food supplement made from a combination of nutrient-dense plant ingredients: dried greens, fruits and vegetables ground into a fine powder. Ours is a blend made from real organic fruits and vegetables rather than extracts.

Take one serving (one scoop) and mix with 8 oz or more of water, juice or a smoothie. Start with a smaller amount and build up if you prefer. You can also bake with it: cakes, muffins, brownies and cookies all take a scoop happily.

Yes. Under your statutory 14-day cancellation right you can cancel before dispatch free of charge: email us with your order number as soon as possible, since most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Once the order has been delivered, the returns policy below applies.

An unopened tub, yes. The statutory 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase applies in full to an unopened tub, and our own policy accepts returns for up to 15 days from purchase. Because this is a sealed food product, the statutory right ends once the seal is broken, for hygiene reasons. If something is actually wrong with the product, none of that limits you: faulty goods are covered regardless.

We accept returns and bear the full cost, including return postage, if the product arrives damaged or is misplaced at delivery. Contact us with your order number within 48 hours of delivery, with photos where possible, and we arrange a replacement or a full refund after some quick checks, usually within 24-48 hours.

Not on statutory cancellations, and not on anything damaged, faulty or not as described. Where a return falls only under our own 15-day policy, a £39 packing and handling deduction may apply and you pay the return postage, using a tracked service.

Yes. Every order ships with a tracking number, emailed as soon as the parcel leaves. Tracking numbers only exist once a parcel has shipped, so they cannot be provided immediately after ordering.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages. Each carries its own tracking.

Not from this store. Powder Greens sells in other countries under the same brand through separate stores for each market, so if you are outside the United Kingdom one of those stores is the right place to order.
