Where we deliver

United Kingdom only. We do not ship overseas from this store. Powder Greens sells in other countries under the same brand, and if you are outside the United Kingdom one of those stores will be the right place rather than this one.

We deliver everywhere in the United Kingdom, including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Liverpool, Newcastle, Sheffield, Bristol, Edinburgh.

What delivery costs

Standard delivery is free on orders over £75, UK-wide. Below that, delivery is £25. Express Delivery, the fastest option, is available on any order for £25, and you can choose it in the cart.

All prices include VAT, so the figure on the product page is the figure you pay.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery across the United Kingdom typically takes 5-7 days from dispatch.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect address being provided.

Tracking

Your tracking number arrives by email once the order ships, no sooner: we only receive it when the package leaves. You can follow it on the Track Your Parcel page.
